I wanted to post some pictures of the students. These were taken this morning. They are working hard. I did a write aloud in class today. This means that I wrote a story out loud and modeled writing to the students. My story was about my trip to the Washington D.C. Zoo. I told the students that I would post pictures from my trip to the zoo. We talked about pandas, elephants, and capyberas. We even read Hooway for Wodney Wat. It has a capybara in it. The students really seemed to enjoy it. We are finally getting used to our new schedule. We will have our first practice Spelling Test on Friday.
